The consortium of the ECLIPS project is made up of six European participants, coming from five different Member States of the European Union.
Two of the participants are coming from two Member States that joined the European Union in May 2004. As such, the ECLIPS project ensures the integration and strenghtening of research in the enlarged Europe.
Three of the participants are SME's that aim to combine their complementary core expertise with academic expertise to prove breakthrough results in the context of 2 large enterprises. Exploitation and dissemination will extend the impact to both SME's and large enterprises all over Europe
